Zest Bistro is located on the second floor of the new HOF department store in Bristol. The brief was to create an up-market dining experience catering to a variety of customers.The intention was to create a destination restaurant outside the department store hours. The result was the Zest Bistro brand which combines a fresh, modern interior with an informal atmosphere.

On the 27th October 2010 Hungarys newest mall, Ségécés Corvin opened to the public. We were responsible for designing 450 seat food court, 27 toilet blocks, information desk and stop and stay and stop and go furniture that line the 200 meter mall, which is lit from overhead by natural lighting via the glass roof.

Redesign of the existing Cafe Zest throughout the new HOF stores. The idea was to create a quiet, refined space to recharge from shopping or meet up with friends. The result was a cafe-style with small. pale wood tables. with a sumptuous yet modern restaurant.
